I'm trying to fix the damn ventilation. Please tell me what to eat and what to avoid.

Gout is associated with the accumulation of uric acid in the body. Uric acid is the final product of degradation caused by metabolism of a substance called purine, a component of nucleic acid, in the liver after the cell has reached its end of life and the nucleic acid has been liberated. Purine, a precursor to uric acid, is ingested through food. When purines are metabolized in the liver and become uric acid, uric acid is excreted in the urine via the kidneys. If you have gout, you should know and eat foods that have high purine content (liver, kidney beans, herring, mackerel, anchovy, etc.).

Alcohol as well as diet are closely related to the occurrence of gout. Alcohol reduces the excretion of uric acid in the body, and drink with alcohol is said to increase the amount of uric acid in the blood because of the high purine content. Among beer, beer is known to cause gout attacks most commonly because of the presence of purine in beer. Regardless of the type and amount of alcohol you are consuming, you should completely refrain from drinking if you experience frequent gout attacks. Despite efforts to improve dietary and lifestyle habits, if gout attacks are frequent, it is necessary to consult a specialist for treatment to lower uric acid in the body.

For reference, the following recommendations are recommended by the American Medical Association for gout patients:

-
Low intake of protein (15% of the calories consumed per day for beans, lean meat or chicken)
- Carbohydrates, tofu, fruits (strawberries, cherries, bananas, pineapples, oranges, Fat is less than 30% of calories per day intake, 8 glasses of water per day
- Other: Chocolate, Cocoa, Coffee, Tea
